Dawn Morgenstern

Dawn Morgenstern, PHR has a diverse work experience. Dawn started their career as a Family Support Coordinator at El Centro Hispano in 1998 and worked there until 2005. From 2005 to 2008, they served as the Employment and Training Manager at The Hispanic Center, Inc. In 2008, they took on the role of Human Resources Director at Burns & Scalo Roofing & Scalo, Inc. During this time, they were responsible for recruitment efforts and managing various aspects of the HR department. Additionally, they have also worked as an instructor for JourneyDance & Kripalu Yoga.

Dawn Morgenstern, PHR has a comprehensive education history that spans several institutions and fields of study. In 1980, they began their undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Spanish. Graduating in 1984, they then expanded their educational pursuits and enrolled at The George Washington University in 1988. Over the course of two years, they completed a Master of Arts degree in International Affairs, Public Administration, Latin American History, and Comparative Politics. Continuing to enhance their academic qualifications, Morgenstern attended National University from 1993 to 1994. During this time, they obtained a certification in Secondary Education with a focus on English and Spanish. The collective knowledge gained from these educational experiences has undoubtedly contributed to Morgenstern's expertise in their field as a certified PHR.
