Brian D. Pagano

Brian D. Pagano is a Member who focuses his litigation practice on long-term care, and medical and nursing home malpractice defense.

Mr. Pagano received his juris doctor from Rutgers University School of Law. During law school, he was a participant in the Hunter Moot Court competition and in the Civil Practice Clinic, where he provided representation in civil cases under the supervision of an attorney. Mr. Pagano received his Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University, majoring in administration of justice. While at Rutgers, he was a member of the Alpha Sigma Lambda National Honor Society.

Prior to joining Burns White, Mr. Pagano practiced in the areas of professional liability and healthcare litigation, municipal and public entity litigation, and employment litigation. Mr. Pagano also served in the United States Army and the New Jersey National Guard.

Mr. Pagano is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. He was selected to the 2017 New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Stars List.*
