Janika Abel currently serves as the Internal & Project Communications Manager for Europe at Buro Happold, where responsibilities include internal communication across offices in Denmark, Germany, Poland, and the Netherlands. Prior experience includes managing HR marketing communications at Serviceplan Group, where Janika led employee feedback initiatives and diversity strategies, as well as various roles focused on diversity and communication at organizations such as FKi Diversity For Success and Gal Talks Tech. Education includes a Master of Arts in European Studies and Intercultural Communication from Universität Passau and specialized training in diversity management.
