Rob Gillies

Rob Gillies serves as the Global ESG Manager at Buro Happold since March 2023, where efforts are focused on enhancing Environmental, Social and Governance management and reporting. Additionally, Rob has been a Non-Executive Director at Wiltshire Wildlife Community Energy since 2016, contributing to renewable energy projects that emphasize biodiversity. Previous roles include Group Head of ESG at Constellation Automotive Group, Associate Director for Environmental Sustainability at UK Research and Innovation, and Head of Futures at the Natural Environment Research Council. With experience in environmental consulting and business transformation, Rob has worked with notable organizations such as Eunomia Research & Consulting and Mouchel Business Services Ltd. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Geography from the University of Birmingham and various certifications in environmental and leadership studies.
