Jen Adams (McCleaf) has over 20 years of experience in marketing, beginning with their role as Marketing Manager at CDNOW in 1998. In 2002, they moved to Advanta as Marketing Manager. In 2004, they joined Urban Outfitters as Director of Marketing, where they led marketing for the fashion lifestyle retailer and managed a team of marketers focused on integrated marketing campaigns, partnerships and events in the digital and retail spaces. In 2015, they joined Troegs Brewing Company as Vice President of Marketing and then Marketing Director, where they led a company redesign project focused on all new artwork and packaging across the entire beer portfolio. Jen provided creative direction and marketing strategy, managed package design/production and market launch plan. In 2022, they began their current role as Chief Marketing Officer at Burpee Gardening.
Jen Adams (McCleaf) holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Marketing from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. Jen has also obtained four certifications: Section4 Certified Scaling Marketing Strategist (February 2022), Section4 Certified Platform Strategist (October 2021), Section4 Certified Strategist (July 2021), and Prof G Certified Product Strategist (January 2021).
