Courtnie Cain

Courtnie Cain, PsyD, currently serves as Vice President of Outpatient Services and Vice President of Clinical Operations for the Kansas City Region at Burrell Behavioral Health, overseeing various services including Outpatient Services and Community Support Services. With extensive experience in clinical leadership, Cain previously held multiple positions at Lakemary Center from 2010 to 2022, including Director of Accreditation and Clinical Compliance, and Director of Health and Clinical Services, where responsibilities included ensuring regulatory compliance and managing psychiatric treatment programs. Early career experiences include a psychology internship at South Central Mental Health Counseling Center and the University of Kansas School of Medicine – Wichita. Cain holds a PsyD and an MA in Clinical Psychology from the Forest Institute of Professional Psychology, as well as a BS in Psychology from Missouri State University.
