With a rich background that includes roles such as Regional Efficiency and Excellence Administrator and Director of Quality and Compliance, Etta has a proven track record in enhancing organizational quality and compliance. Etta's prior experience includes positions such as Vice President of Quality Assurance at Life Unlimited Inc., Area Director at Developmental Services of Nebraska, and Director of Kansas City Region for the State of Missouri's Department of Mental Health.
