Joshua Lawley

Joshua Lawley has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Joshua began their career at Circuit City, where they served as a Customer Care Supervisor, Car Audio Installation Supervisor, and Salesman from 2006 to 2009. Following this, they ventured into entrepreneurship and owned their own business, Fold Em Outfitter LLC, from 2008 to 2012. Joshua then transitioned to the hunting industry, working as a Hunting Guide for Woods & Water Outfitter Service from 2010 to 2012 and for Eagles Nest Ranch from 2012 to 2014. Joshua also gained experience in event representation and brand promotion as a Pro Staff member for Alexander & Townsend, representing various brands including the Burris Company, from 2016 to 2017. Joshua's most recent work experience is with the Burris Company, where they initially served as a Technical Support Manager, Customer Service Manager, and Repair Manager from 2009 to 2017. Joshua then progressed to roles such as Manager of Shipping & Receiving/Inventory Control from 2017 to 2021, Senior Customer Service Manager from 2021 to 2023, and is currently the Director of Customer Service since February 2023.

Joshua Lawley earned a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science: Fish and Wildlife Management from American Public University, which they attended from 2012 to 2015. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications, including Lean Certification from Aims Community College in April 2019, Advanced Excel Certified from Aims Community College in September 2018, Project Management from Fred Pryor/Career Tracks in June 2017, Colorado Certified Emergency Medical Responder from the Colorado Division of Fire Safety in April 2016, Advanced CPR & AED Certified from the National Safety Council in March 2016, Wilderness Emergency Medical Responder from the National Safety Council in March 2016, and Advanced Excel Certification from Fred Pryor Seminars and CareerTrack in January 2015.
