Jennifer Flaherty has a diverse work experience in the field of talent development and human resources. Jennifer started their career at Grotto Pizza in 2008 as a Human Resources Manager, where they handled recruitment, onboarding, training, and management training classes. In 2012, they joined Burris Logistics as a Corporate Human Resources Training & Development Specialist, implementing training programs and optimizing talent management processes. Jennifer then progressed in their career at Burris Logistics, serving as a Human Resources Manager, Team Member Development Specialist, and Manager of Talent Development. In their most recent role as Director of Talent, they focused on attracting, training, and retaining top talent. Jennifer has a proven track record in leadership, strategic planning, and enhancing employee engagement.

Jennifer Flaherty earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from The University of Arizona Global Campus. Jennifer completed their degree program from 2021 to 2024.
