Michael Naquin

Michael Naquin currently serves as the Director of Product Implementation at Burroughs, Inc., a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Michael was the Field Service Manager at Burroughs from August 2020 to October 2023 and previously worked as a Lead Service Technician from January 2011 to August 2020. Michael began tenure at Burroughs after serving as a Customer Engineer at NCR Corporation from June 2008 to January 2011. Michael's career commenced in the US Army, where responsibilities included acting as a Computer Systems Analyst from March 1999 to March 2005, supervising over 10 Information System Analysts to support more than 300 users. Education includes two Associate's degrees in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications and in Computer Operations from SOWELA Technical Community College, obtained from 2007 to 2010.
