Robert Hart

Robert Hart has a strong background in the field of physical security and operations management. Robert is currently serving as the Director of National Operations - Canada at Burroughs, Inc. Prior to this, they worked at Diebold Nixdorf as the Manager of National Physical Security for Canada. In this role, they were responsible for managing a customer base of $2M - $5M and overseeing an annual operating budget of $1M - $3M. Robert also served as the Customer Service Manager, where they closely managed vendor and customer relationships and provided leadership for a workforce of 20-25 technicians and support staff. Earlier in their career, Robert worked at Adanac Security & Specialty Services Ltd. as the National Service Manager, overseeing all day-to-day operations, managing a team of field service technicians and in-house support staff, and maintaining relationships with subcontractors.

Robert Hart obtained a Certificate in Fundamentals of Project Management from York Regional District School Board in 2007. Prior to that, they attended Barrie Central Collegiate from 1996 to 1999 for their high school education.
