April B. Dendy

Ms. Dendy is responsible for managing, documenting and overseeing real estate acquisitions and dispositions, real estate financings and commercial leases. Ms. Dendy also oversees legal records administration for the Company.

Prior to joining B&C, she was an Associate Attorney with Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough.

Ms. Dendy received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from the University of South Carolina, a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of South Carolina School of Law and a Masters of Law in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
