Dean has 25 years of global experience actively collaborating with clients and leading projects and growth initiatives for engineering firms and operators across energy, industrial, and mining sectors.

Dean is accountable for strategic business acquisition and development, business growth and expansion planning, client account and relationship management, strategic partnership identification and development, international high value engineering strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial model development and negotiations.
