Kelley Hicks

Kelley Hicks is currently the CFO at Burrow. Prior to their current position, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at BANDIER from September 2018 to December 2019. Before their time at BANDIER, Kelley was the CFO at Crane Stationery from July 2012 to April 2018. During their time at Crane Stationery, they executed a management buyout of the company from Crane in January 2016 and led the finance, HR, and business development functions through a turnaround from unprofitability to profitability. In April 2018, they sold Crane Stationery to Mohawk Fine Papers.

From September 2007 to February 2009, Kelley was a Manager at Pepsi Cola North America. Kelley then served as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for PepsiCo from February 2009 to August 2012. Prior to their time at PepsiCo, Kelley worked as a Business Planner from September 2006 to September 2007 and as a Financial Analyst at Goldman Sachs from July 2001 to June 2004.

Kelley Hicks has an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA in Spanish - Latin American Studies from Duke University. Kelley also attended Phillips Academy.
