Anna Burke

Anna Burke has over 13 years of experience in educational support roles, currently serving as the Additional Learning Support Team Leader at Burton and South Derbyshire College since July 2010. Responsibilities include managing approximately 15 staff members and overseeing support for learners across the college. Previous roles include managing the IELTS Test Centre, training clerical markers, and coordinating educational opportunities for 14-16 year-olds. Anna has also worked in various positions supporting disengaged learners and those with learning difficulties. Educational qualifications include a Level 1 in British Sign Language, a National Award in Introduction to Counselling Concepts, and multiple certifications in education and design.
