Carey Ferreri

Carey Ferreri is a seasoned Regional Property Manager with extensive experience in overseeing property operations across multiple locations including Cleveland, OH, Nashville, and Memphis, TN. Currently, Carey is with Burton Carol Management, previously known as Consolidated Management, since October 2018. Prior to this role, Carey served as a Regional Property Manager at RCP Management LLC from June 2006 to September 2018. With a strong background in leading large teams, managing leasing and budgeting processes, and a high proficiency in Yardi Voyager, Carey has demonstrated a commitment to excellence in property management. Carey's career began as a Realtor at Stouffer Realty, Inc. from February 2000 to September 2006. Education was pursued at Kent State University and The University of Akron, following graduation from Cuyahoga Falls High School.
