Linda Layne

Linda Layne serves as the Chief People and Culture Officer at Burton Snowboards. Previously, Linda held the position of Senior Human Resources Consultant at CHANEL and served as an Adjunct Professor at Rutgers Business School's Global School of Management. Linda's extensive experience includes a role as Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Corporate Social Responsibility, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at FILA, as well as Director of Human Resources for Cartier North America. Linda holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Latin American Studies from Purchase College, SUNY.
