Christina Vassiliu

Christina Vassiliu is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in restaurant management and marketing. Christina has served as General Manager at both Burtons Grill, LLC, and matchbox, where prior roles included Assistant General Manager. At Longhorn Steakhouse, Christina held various positions such as Culinary Manager, Service Manager, and Server, demonstrating a strong foundation in both kitchen operations and customer service.
