Laken Kendrick Williams

Laken Kendrick Williams, PhD is a Senior Scientist at Burt's Bees, leading the formulation and development of natural personal skincare products. Prior to this role, Williams worked at The Clorox Company as a Senior Scientist focusing on international wipes research and development. Williams also has experience as a Scientist II in product development for Clorox Healthcare products. With a background in Polymer Science and a Doctorate in Chemistry from Vanderbilt University, Williams has a strong research history in polymer systems for drug delivery applications and extensive experience in laboratory management and safety standards.
