Lauren Stump

Lauren Stump is the Director of Organizational Strategy at Burt's Bees. Previously, Lauren was a Partner at Weller Advisory, LLC, which provides strategic planning and business advisory services. Lauren also worked as a Manager of Corporate Operations and Administration at Cherokee Investment Partners, a private equity firm focusing on brownfield redevelopment. Prior to that, Lauren was an Associate Consultant at Bain. Lauren holds a BSBA in Business from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
