Ng Man Fai

Mr. Ng joined the Group in 2000 and is the Deputy Financial Controller of the Company. He is responsible for the financial planning of the Group and the supervision of its accounting and financial activities.

Mr. Ng has over 30 years of experience and works in the fields of auditing, finance, and accounting in international certified public accounting firms, financial institutions, and listed companies in Hong Kong. Mr. Ng holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of East Asia in Macau and a master’s degree in Accountancy from Charles Sturt University in Australia.

At present, he is a Certified Public Accountant (Practising) in Hong Kong, a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, and is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Institute of Company Secretaries and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in the United Kingdom.

He was also an independent non-executive director of Ascent International Holdings Limited.
