Aibelle dela Cruz is an experienced professional with a background in human resources, data migration, and resource coordination. Currently serving as a Resource Coordinator at Burwood Group since June 2023, Aibelle has previously worked as a Data Migration Analyst at Kodella and as the Head of Human Resources at Rayos-Valentin Hospital, Inc. Gaining foundational experience at IBM Global Business Process Services, Aibelle held various roles including Subject Matter Expert and EDM Senior Service Associate, responsible for managing employee-related data.
