Linda Allen

Linda Allen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and diversity, currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent and Diversity at Bus Éireann since June 2022 and also working part-time as a Yoga Teacher at Barefoot Yoga. Previously, Linda spent over two decades at Iarnród Éireann Irish Rail, culminating in the role of Head Of Talent Management, where responsibilities included developing talent in alignment with the company's mission. Additional roles at Iarnród Éireann included People and Communications Lead for the Customer First Programme and Resource Planning Manager. Linda has also contributed to academia as a lecturer at CMI - Communications & Management Institute. Linda holds multiple degrees and certifications, including a Level 8 Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Munster Technological University and two Level 9 Postgraduate Diplomas from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School in Team Coaching and Coaching.
