Winston Matthews has a diverse and extensive background in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as CEO at Busaba since November 2017, where previous roles included Commercial Director and Food and Beverage Director. Prior experience includes General Manager at Rileys Sports Bars, where significant venue refurbishment and departmental restructuring were overseen. At Kettner's, Matthews held multiple roles, including General Manager and Executive Head Chef, contributing to high weekly cover counts.
