Sandhya Srinivas is an accomplished researcher with extensive experience in behavioral economics and health policy. Currently serving as a pre-doctoral research fellow at the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business, Sandhya also works as a research analyst at the Busara Center for Behavioral Economics. Previous roles include research associate at Harvard Business School and research assistant positions at Harvard Kennedy School and McGill University. Notable projects include a study on biases in hiring patterns and analysis of risk factors in antenatal and postpartum depression among Indigenous women. Sandhya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from McGill University and has a background in health policy and community health assessments.
