Stephen Thresh

Stephen Thresh has worked in the travel and hospitality industry for over 18 years. From 2002 to 2008, they held the roles of Area Manager Hotels UK and UK Supply Manager at Active Hotels (Booking.com). From 2008 to 2013, they were Regional Manager Oceania at Booking.com, where they launched the company in the region and built a team of 50+ local staff. From 2013 to 2021, they worked at Booking Holdings (NASDAQ: BKNG), where they held the roles of Regional Director North America, Regional Manager US East, and Regional Director Asia Pacific. In 2021, they became Managing Director at Holidu.com, where they led the company's expansion in North America, the UK and Oceania. In 2022, they took on the role of Managing Director at Hotmart, where they developed an integrated expansion plan for the US market. Most recently, in 2023, Stephen Thresh joined Busbud as President Global Markets, where they work with the Leadership of each business to set strategic goals and manage growth.

Stephen Thresh completed an Executive MBA course in Leadership for Global Business and Politics at Yale School of Management in 2020. In 2018, they attended IESE Business School to study Doing Business Globally. Stephen obtained a Sports Science degree from Brunel University London between 1994 and 1997.
