Ken Zrowka

Ken Zrowka is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience across various industries, including industrial vacuum technology, home services, luxury furniture, and renewable energy. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for Busch Group USA and Pfeiffer Vacuum+Fab Solutions, Zrowka oversees HR functions for one of the largest global manufacturers of vacuum systems. Previous roles include Chief Human Resources Officer at Groundworks, Vice President of HR at Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams and Primo Water Corporation, and Vice President of Human Resources at Strata Solar, LLC. Zrowka's foundational experience includes a long tenure at Lowe's Companies, Inc., where multiple leadership roles were held, contributing to major organizational transformations and strategic initiatives. Zrowka holds a BA in Psychology and Marketing from Penn State University, an MS in Executive Coaching from Queens University of Charlotte, and additional education from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business.
