Petra Kolomazníková

Petra Kolomazníková is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Busch Vacuum Pumps and Systems since August 2019. In this role, responsibilities encompass the entire recruiting process, onboarding and offboarding, training and development, performance management, and employee relations, as well as managing global and local HR projects. Prior to this, Petra held the position of HR Manager at EDAG Engineering CZ for a brief period in 2019 and served as Interim HR Manager and HR Generalist at ITW from June 2011 to February 2019, handling various aspects of human resources management and benefits administration. Early career experience includes a Team Assistant and Junior Accountant role at Alpiq Management AG from April 2008 to September 2010. Petra Kolomazníková holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague, completed in 2011.
