Johannes Brand, LL.M., is a legal professional with extensive experience in conflict resolution and litigation. Currently a Co-Host of the podcast "Vertrieb trifft Recht," Johannes Brand provides insights into legal topics affecting B2B sales and trade. As a Partner and Head of the Practice Group for "Konfliktlösung & Prozesse" at BUSE since February 2016, Johannes Brand has been involved in various legal roles, including counsel and attorney positions. Previous experience includes legal clerkships at OLG Düsseldorf, Cámara de Comercio Alemana para España, and Lufthansa Consulting. Johannes Brand holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Trinity College Dublin and an Erstes Juristisches Staatsexamen in Labor Law from the University of Münster.
