Caitlin Drake, CCXP has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Caitlin began their career in 2008 as a Student Coordinator Intern at Southwest Airlines, where they were involved in people and leadership development. In 2010, Caitlin joined First Busey Corporation as a Market Development Coordinator for the East Region.

In 2012, Caitlin continued their journey at Busey, where they held various roles. Caitlin started as an Assistant Vice President, Sales, and One Busey Manager, responsible for managing sales and overseeing One Busey services. Caitlin then moved up to become the AVP, Customer & Community Experience Director, where they focused on enhancing customer experience and community engagement.

Moving forward in their career, Caitlin became the VP, Customer Experience Director at Busey in 2017, where they continued to drive customer-focused strategies and initiatives. Caitlin also took on the role of SVP, Retail Banking Service Support Director in 2018, responsible for leading and supporting retail banking services. Currently, Caitlin holds the position of SVP, Customer Experience & Digital Banking, where they play a pivotal role in driving customer experience and managing digital banking initiatives at Busey.

Caitlin Drake, CCXP, completed their undergraduate education from 2005 to 2009 at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Caitlin obtained a degree in Communications with a focus on Human Resource Education, Small Group Communication, and Business/Organizational Communication.

After a few years, they pursued further education and earned a Master of Science in Technology from Eastern Illinois University between 2015 and 2017. Their field of study during this time was Training & Development.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Caitlin has also obtained several certifications. Caitlin became a Certified Customer Experience Professional through the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) in April 2014. Furthermore, in November 2012, they achieved the certification of Net Promoter Certified Associate from Satmetrix.
