Jane Frid Shifrin

Jane Frid Shifrin is a seasoned banking professional currently serving as Senior Vice President at Busey since March 2024. With a proven track record in commercial real estate (CRE) and commercial and industrial (C&I) lending, Jane excels in structuring credit facilities, managing credit risk, and implementing effective exit and loss mitigation strategies. Prior to Busey, Jane held the position of Vice President of Commercial Lending at American Community Bank & Trust, where efforts focused on providing customized lending solutions to meet client financial goals. Jane's experience also includes roles as Vice President at NorthSide Community Bank, Business Development at Commercial Mortgage Match, VP of Commercial Lending at Bridgeview Bank Group, and Managing Director at The PrivateBank. Jane holds an M.B.A. in Finance from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a B.A. in Political Science and Government from the University of Michigan.
