Stephanie Andrews

Stephanie Andrews has extensive experience in various leadership roles in different organizations, focusing on talent development, learning, evaluation, and budget management. Stephanie is currently the Talent, Learning and Evaluation Director at Bush Foundation, overseeing the recruitment and training of staff to deliver impactful results for communities in the Upper Midwest. Additionally, Stephanie has served in roles such as Deputy Commissioner at MN Management & Budget and as an Executive Budget Coordinator at the Minnesota Department of Finance. Stephanie holds a BA in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Minnesota and an MPP in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School.
