Amy Darby

Amy Darby is a legal professional with extensive experience in construction litigation. Currently serving as a Shareholder at Bush Ross, P.A. since March 2018, Amy represents builders, developers, and design professionals in various construction defect actions and disputes. Prior to this role, Amy was the Office Managing Partner at Gordon & Rees from 2002 until March 2018. Academically, Amy holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law, earned between 1999 and 2002, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Arizona State University, obtained from 1995 to 1999.
