Evelyn Mercado, RPA, is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in asset and property management. Currently serving as Sr. Asset Manager at Bushburg since August 2021, Evelyn previously held the position of General Manager at GRPM LLC from October 2017 to August 2021, and at CREC | Florida from September 2016 to October 2017. Career milestones include roles as Associate Director at CBRE for a decade, and various positions at Trammell Crow Company, where responsibilities included VP of Property Management and Senior Facility Manager. Earlier experience includes Senior Property Manager at Grubb & Ellis and Property Manager at JLL. Evelyn’s foundational career began in accounting, with positions at Richard I Rubin (Preit Rubin), Richard I. Rubin Inc., and Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP. Educational credentials include a degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, as well as studies at Drexel University.
