Treza Muhoro is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in training and quality control across various sectors of the service industry. Currently serving as a Hospitality Trainer and Quality Control Consultant at Bushtops Camps since July 2022, Treza previously worked at TWM Hospitality from February 2016 to July 2022, specializing in customer experience training and conducting service audits for a variety of establishments. With a background that includes roles such as Hospitality Consultant at Tmuhoro Hospitality and Food and Beverage Intern at JW Marriott Indianapolis, Treza has developed a strong skill set in customers' service training, standard operating procedure maintenance, and quality analysis. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management and multiple certifications in customer experience and wine education.
