Ofentse Mosikare is a seasoned professional in metallurgical engineering with extensive experience in process optimization and management within the mining and metallurgy sectors. Currently serving as the Chemical Plant Manager at Bushveld Minerals since September 2022, Ofentse has previously held roles including Potline Engineer at South32 Hillside Aluminium Smelter and Process Control and Improvement Engineer at Hillside Aluminium Limited - South32. Ofentse's earlier career includes significant contributions at Vanchem Vanadium Products as a Process Engineer and Process Metallurgist, focusing on product quality improvements and metallurgical optimization. Ofentse holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Pretoria and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
