We operate the North Suburban Cook County American Job Center, two satellite locations in Hanover Park and Robbins, and offer youth programming in Kane County.

Since its inception, BCS has set new standards for providing innovative programs such as the Edge Power Employment Workshops presented free of cost at 18 locations, and the Manufacturing Careers Internship Program (MCIP) designed to showcase manufacturing careers to young adults. These programs have received national Best Practice awards in workforce innovation.
