Katarzyna Lorenc

Katarzyna Lorenc serves as a Board Member and CEO at LU-BI Outsourcing HR, with substantial experience in labor market and human resource management. Since July 2017, Katarzyna has been affiliated with BizYou and 4 Business & People, contributing to strategic leadership. In addition, Katarzyna holds the position of Vice President on the Board of the Business Centre Club and serves as Vice Chancellor of the Warsaw Lodge. Previous roles include Vice President at the Voivodship Labour Office from February 2018 to December 2022 and a member of the labor law team at The Social Dialogue Council from September 2019 to May 2022. Katarzyna holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Economics and Management from the University of Gdansk and has pursued further education at Collegium Civitas.
