Brent Duncan has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Brent started their career in 1999 at AT&T, where they held various roles including Data Network Consultant and later became an Account Manager. In 2014, they joined Logista Solutions as a Carrier and Voice Design and Sales professional. In 2019, Brent returned to AT&T as an Application Sales Executive focusing on Public Safety 911. Currently, they are the Vice President of Carrier Services at Business Communications, Inc.
Brent Duncan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from Belhaven University in 1998. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Mississippi College, completing it in 2008. In terms of certifications, they obtained the "Adtran Technical Sales Associate-Internetworking" certification from ADTRAN in May 2015, and they also hold the "CompTIA Network+" and "Digium Switchvox Support Engineer" certifications.
