Johanna Ruiz

Johanna Ruiz has extensive work experience in various roles within the information technology field. Johanna started their career as a Computer Science Tutor at California State University, Channel Islands in 2013. Johanna then interned as a Database/Programming Intern at Oxnard Union High School District, where they provided technical solutions, created C# applications, and assisted with data extractions from Microsoft SQL Server and Access.

In 2014, Johanna joined California State University, Dominguez Hills as an IT/Clerical Assistant (Student Assistant), where they liaised with department end users, provided training support for a Content Management System (CM1), and maintained the College's Facebook page and Excel database. Johanna later became an Information Technology Student Assistant, supporting the Information Technology Enterprise/Applications CMS Department, updating department websites, and providing CM1 training.

In 2012, Johanna worked at RAND Corporation as a Proctor, assisting customers with technical troubleshooting, survey processes, and recruitment for academic and medical studies.
