Cynthia van Sundert

Cynthia van Sundert, MPA, currently serves as Director of Community Development for the Thrive Venture Fund and Women in Tech Fund at BDC, a position held since September 2019. Prior to BDC, Cynthia held the role of Executive Director at The A100 from October 2015 to August 2019 and was Director of Operations at Kudos® from December 2013 to June 2015. Additional experience includes positions in executive communications at Chaordix and as a sales representative at Tynt Multimedia. Cynthia began a career in business development at CTI Resources Inc. and has accumulated diverse experience in the finance and non-profit sectors since 1999. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Public Administration from the University of Victoria and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Mount Royal University.
