Dwayne Dulmage

Dwayne Dulmage is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in technology financing and program management. Currently serving as Vice President National Leader - Technology Financing at BDC since December 2004, Dwayne has also held roles such as Transformation Program Manager and Vice President - eFirst Program. Prior to BDC, Dwayne worked at RBC from 1997 to 2004, advancing to roles including Vice President Financing & Consulting for Eastern & Northern Ontario and Senior Commercial Account Manager. Dwayne holds a Master of Arts in Public Administration from Carleton University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Windsor.
