Jérôme Nycz

Jérôme Nycz, ICD.D, IAS.A, has extensive experience in venture capital, strategy, and enterprise risk management, primarily with BDC from 2002 to 2024, where significant achievements include transforming the Venture Capital business, expanding the investment team, and growing the portfolio from $750M to over $7B. In previous roles, accomplishments include leading strategic reviews, scaling operations in subordinate financing, and the establishment of BDC Capital. Jérôme Nycz also served on the boards of various organizations including The Montreal Group and Finance Montréal, and held key positions in government roles, focusing on parliamentary relations and economic policy. Jérôme Nycz holds an International Master's in Business Administration from the University of Hartford and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Concordia University.
