Kamilah Williams-Kemp

Kamilah Williams-Kemp serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Insurance Officer at Northwestern Mutual since January 2021. Previously, Kamilah held various leadership roles including Vice President of Risk Products and Vice President of New Business. Kamilah's extensive experience encompasses responsibility for the long-term product value, technical aspects of underwriting and claims for Disability and Long Term Care lines, and has been leading the Long Term Care business since 2015. Kamilah also held positions in organizational development consulting and insurance operations management. Educational qualifications include dual MBA degrees from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and the University of Chicago, along with a Bachelor of Science degree from Northwestern University.
