Natacha Viens

Natacha Viens, M.Ed., CRHA, is an accomplished leader in organizational effectiveness, specializing in leadership and team development, performance management, and coaching. Currently serving as the Director of Culture and Leadership at BDC since May 2024, Natacha leads the design and implementation of the Growth Leadership Program, focusing on emotional intelligence and team empowerment. Previously, Natacha was the Learning and Development Wizard at AFI par Edgenda, where responsibilities included designing hands-on workshops and facilitating management training. Natacha's extensive experience includes roles at The Finnamore Group, Finnamore Weir Inc., Standard Life, Mondelēz International, CAE, and Dessau, with a strong background in training, consulting, and organizational development. Natacha holds a Master's in Adult Education and Training Management from Université de Sherbrooke and a Bachelor's in Industrial Relations from Université Laval.
