Craig Kilgore

Craig Kilgore has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Craig is currently the Director of Culture and Leadership at Madix, Inc, where they are responsible for fostering a positive work environment and leading the team. Prior to this, they held the role of Training Manager at Madix, Inc from 2018 to 2021.

Before joining Madix, Inc, Craig served as the Store Manager at La-Z-Boy | Lebco Industries in 2017. Craig also held the position of General Manager at Jacksons Home & Garden from 2016 to 2017.

In 2015, Craig worked as the COO at Weirs Furniture Village Inc. Craig subsequently became the Interim CEO at Weir's Furniture in 2013 and held this position until 2015. Prior to their CEO role, they served as the Store Manager, Sales Manager, Asst. Bedding Buyer, Sales Support Manager, Asst. Delivery Manager, and Country Store Manager at Weir's Furniture from 1989 to 2013.

Craig began their professional career as a Shift Manager at Alamo Rent A Car in 1988. Before that, they worked at Hardy Sours Walton Insurance Agency as a CSR and Property & Casualty License holder from 1982 to 1988.

Craig Kilgore has a strong educational background in the field of Business Administration and Management. Craig began their studies in 1978 at Pompano Beach High School, where they earned their HS Diploma in 1982. Following this, from 1982 to 1984, they attended Broward County Community College to further their knowledge in Business Administration and Management. Finally, Craig obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University, where they studied from 1984 to 1987.

In addition to their formal education, Craig Kilgore has also obtained several certifications to enhance their professional development.
