Troy McDonald

Troy McDonald is an experienced professional in business development and public service, currently serving as the Director of Existing Industry and Business Development at the Business Development Board of Martin County since January 2025. McDonald previously held roles as a Realtor at Illustrated Properties Real Estate and Coldwell Banker Realty in 2024-2025 and 2020-2024, respectively. From 2020 to 2024, McDonald served as a City Commissioner and was appointed Mayor of Stuart from August 2022 to December 2023. McDonald's extensive experience includes a significant tenure as President and Board Member of the Business Development Board of Martin County from 2011 to 2024 and as President of Duces Tecum Process Serving, Inc. from 1999 to 2020. McDonald has also contributed to community efforts as Co-Chairman and Board Member of Redeem the Shadows, a nonprofit focused on preventing human trafficking. McDonald’s educational background includes an Associate of Arts in Aviation Administration from Davis University.
