Sean Nolan

Sean Nolan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and management. Currently serving as Chief Operations Officer at All Surfaces and Operating Partner at Inflight Capital Partners, Sean has a proven track record in optimizing business performance and leading large teams. Previously, Sean held key leadership positions at Marmon Foodservice Technologies and Amazon, where significant achievements included managing operations across 30 facilities and ranking #1 in North America for productivity. With a solid foundation in construction services as President of Midstate Reclamation and Trucking, and experience in technical project management at TechnipFMC, Sean's background is further complemented by military service as an Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point, an Advanced Project Management Certificate from Stanford University, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Washington School of Law.
