Kateřina Francová

Kateřina Francová has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources and recruitment. Kateřina currently holds the position of Head of Human Resources at Business Factory, where they have been working since April 2022. Prior to this, they also worked as an HR Business Partner & Recruiter at the same company since April 2020. Before joining Business Factory, Kateřina worked as a Recruiter/HR Specialist at another digital agency called Business Factory from May 2019 to April 2020.

Before their tenure at Business Factory, Kateřina gained experience in the recruitment industry. Kateřina worked at REED as a Recruitment Consultant focusing on IT & Technology from March 2018 to April 2019. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Research Consultant - IT & Technology at the same company from August 2017 to March 2018.

Additionally, Kateřina briefly worked as an IT Recruiter on an RPO project at EmbedIT in September 2017. Kateřina also worked as a Recruitment Specialist at Proveon, a.s. from May 2016 to November 2016.

Before entering the field of recruitment, Kateřina gained internship experiences. Kateřina worked as an Intern at the South Moravian Regional Authority - Department of Regional Development in April 2016 and as an Intern: Researcher/Talent Sourcer at Randstad Czech Republic from November 2015 to March 2016.

Furthermore, Kateřina has experience outside the HR field. Kateřina worked as an Intern: Administration Officer at Navy Max s.r.o. in August 2014. Kateřina also worked as an Aerobics instructor in kindergarten at Rytmik Dětem o.p.s. from September 2013 to August 2014.

Kateřina Francová obtained a Master's degree in Public Policy and Human Resources, as well as Andragogy, from Masaryk University Brno. Kateřina completed this degree between 2015 and 2017. Prior to their Master's degree, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy and Human Resources, with a specialization in Pedagogy, also from Masaryk University Brno. Kateřina completed their Bachelor's degree between 2012 and 2015. Before attending university, Kateřina attended Reálné gymnázium a základní škola města Prostějova from 2006 to 2012, although no specific degrees or fields of study are indicated for this period.

Additionally, Kateřina Francová has acquired several certifications. In 2022, they became a Recruitment Academy Certified Recruiter through the Recruitment Academy. In 2014, they obtained the certification "Vybrané měkké dovednosti, důležité při vstupu na trh práce" from the Fond dalšího vzdělávání (Foundation for Further Education). Kateřina also obtained the certification "STÁŽ v projektu Stáže pro mladé uchazeče o zaměstnání 2" from the Fond dalšího vzdělávání in 2014.
