Päivi Kangasmäki

Päivi Kangasmäki has a diverse and extensive work experience. Päivi currently serves as the Head of Internal Audit at Business Finland since March 2023. Prior to this, Päivi worked at IA Insight Oy as a Partner and Board Member from April 2017 to February 2023. Päivi also held the role of Senior Manager, Corporate Internal Audit at Orion Corporation from January 2009 to March 2017. Päivi's earlier roles include Internal Audit Manager at Oriola Corporation from July 2006 to December 2008, Internal Auditor and Business Controller at Orion Corporation from May 1997 to June 2006, and various other roles in different companies.

Päivi Kangasmäki has an education history that includes obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from the University of Helsinki from 1985 to 1988. Päivi also earned a Master of Science degree in Economics, with a major in Finance and a concentration in Accounting, from the University of Vaasa from 1990 to 1994. Additionally, they have obtained a COSO Internal Control Certificate from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. in 2021.
